Steps to Complete for orientation: 

1. Review policies and attend in person orientation.
2. Complete the additional online courses of Corporate Compliance, Safety & Security, HIPAA, Infection Control, and Patient Rights and Policy Review.
3. Complete your TB screening and Flu vaccine verification with Infection Control.
4. Complete any other courses required for your position as assigned in the Menninger Learning Center.

This course is designed to walk employees through the steps to complete a self review in ADP Workforce Now Performance. 

Welcome to the Menninger Clinic.  To complete this program you must complete an in person orientation session as well as the online compliance courses listed below.  Orientation sessions are scheduled by HR the first week of the month and are 2 days.  You will receive an invitation to an upcoming session with more details.

Overview of coding changes for 2023. 

In this course, we discuss Antimicrobial stewardship, a coordinated program that promotes the appropriate use of antimicrobials (including antibiotics), reduces microbial resistance, and decreases the spread of infections caused by multidrug-resistant organisms. 

This is the onboarding path for new hires in the Clinical Assessment role. 

This is the regulatory compliance training for all clinical contractors of The Menninger Clinic.  Due within 30 days of program enrollment. 

We believe that raising awareness of diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias is an important step in preventing discrimination and harassment and creating a positive culture that treats everyone with respect and fairness.

Healthelife Patient Portal training includes 12 short videos with a quiz at the end.  All videos must be viewed to show completion.

Overview of HR processes and resources as they apply to: posting positions, interviewing, hiring, performance management and termination of employees at The Menninger Clinic. 

IT security training for all new and returning employees of the Menninger Clinic.  Overview of safe web browsing, phishing, social engineering and other information to keep users safe from IT security threats. 

This course consists of a welcome and overview of the organization, policies to review and compliance courses including:

• Cultural Awareness
• Staff Patient Relationships
• Patient Safety
• Suicide Management

Additional compliance courses are assigned based on position in the Menninger organization.
