Driver Safety Compliance | Driver Safety (AC) | The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) estimates that 30,000 to 35,000 people are killed and 3 million people are injured in vehicle crashes every year. This course will teach employees who drive on company business safe driving habits and defensive driving methods. Employees will learn how to identify accident prevention and safe driving habits, identify potential road hazards, and recognize hazardous driving behaviors and methods to correct them. |

Vans’ size and unique characteristics can pose risks to inexperienced drivers, as well as to vehicles and pedestrians around them. The National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration estimates that dozens of people are killed every year in van crashes, particularly rollovers. Learners who successfully complete this course should be able to identify the hazards of driving passenger vans, identify required practices before driving passenger vans, and identify safe practices while driving passenger vans. |
